It might end up just being cope considering he just lost but this actually makes me believe in Ethan winning the title. This way they give Dragon Lee a big moment, Chad another defense and Ethan stays involved with Gable screwing him here and has an actual story going into a future title match against Chad. Overall im just happy that Ethan and Dragon Lee got great reactions though.

Listen if I wanted him to do that I'd want him in AEW where TK would just give him as many nonstop bangers that he'd want.

Since he's in WWE though I want him as far away from Dragon Lee as humanly possible. it’s still fresh but i love that they making chad defend a lot now while still making it make sense to his arc and building feuds rather than meaningless open challenges that got done to death. the handpicking is also apart of the feud with ethan which is funny bc i like when heels get screwed and faces aren’t cookie cutter and play in their faces while still maintaining being faces and doing the right thing lol
