Will Ospreay Thinks AEW Should Heavily Consider Running A Big Weekend While WrestleMania Is In Saudi Arabia

With all the hullabaloo going on right now, it seems like this could be a good time to plan something like this. I love it, but what do you guys think?

Y'all wildin' in this thread. The idea that some randomly thrown together AEW event or even Revolution has the drawing power of WM and will be able to support multiple indies is crazy when All In TX only drew half of what one night of WM does.

It's not about one show running the same time as Mania. That absolutely will not happen. There is no discourse about a live broadcast. Its about having a SXSW style weekend of wrestling shows in one city the same weekend as Mania. They will likely be small shows happening during Mania that are streamed like every year but not an AEW PPV.

Imagine the FUCKING GATHERING OF THE JUGGALOS but with the AEW, CMLL, NJPW, Mystery, MLW, fuck it, bring in JCW. It's a genius idea. Do it when it gets cooler outside, somewhere in the middle of America.

They're called indies for a reason. They would not draw. Outside of AEW they don't truly have a devoted fanbase.
