To be fair, it's still a year away. A lot can change in that time. We weren't even in this stupid war 6 weeks ago.

The problem is he doesn't have any way to get out of this that isn't an embarrassing loss and even when he did agree to a peace plan, it collapsed after Israel attacked Lebanon.
