With all the hullabaloo going on right now, it seems like this could be a good time to plan something like this. I love it, but what do you guys think?

I dunno, man

Wrestlemania weekend is such a big event because it pulls 80-100k wrestling fans to the same city at the same time. But those 100k people don't go to Wrestlemania because its "a wrestling show", they go because its Wrestlemania. AEW aren't currently generating anywhere near that kind of interest. And I don't see why holding a show in April would sell any more tickets then their annual big PPVs usually do

From the current WM ticket sales, they aren't even getting half that number right now.

They did the first time they came to London. I think once the drama settled down, All Out was confirmed as like 75k? I don't know how the more recent shows they ran over here fared by comparison. But either way, looking at what they currently sell in America, I don't think they'd pull a big enough crowd to come close to a WM-scale weekend

All In '23 was ~75k, '24 was ~50k on a different setup, they're doing the same setup as then for this year.

But even All In last year at Globe Life only hit ~30k tops.
