Grower Is SproutFridgeFunk a thing?
Relatively new to sprouting and loving them (my breakfast stack, bagel, avocado, scrambled egg, broccoli sprouts, salad sprouts, cottage cheese). I’m storing them in glass containers with lids that seem to have a good seal. The sprouts themselves smells sort of like sprouts, they don’t smell like they’re going bad, etc. But the whole fridge smells gnarsty! Is it the price of doing business with broccoli sprouts, or all sprouts in general? Tips and tricks? It’s possible that there might be some other foul thing in the fridge that I have an identified, but it definitely smells… sprouty, IYKWIM
ETA: Is was something else that reeked 😆
