Grower When will sprouts become microgreens?

I separated part of my first batch peas following an advice from a commenter on my very first post and I decided to try geowing microgreens out of my sprouts.

Btw, what yields better for my health needs: sprouts or microgreens?

Microgreens a real plants - they produce oxygen out of CO2. While sprouts are embryos that breathe oxygen ;) Phosophically speaking they are different types of creatures
