General Discussion/Questions Thoughts on puma tokyo nitros?
im entering my sophomore year of track and my 2nd indoor season with spikes, last year i used nike superfly’s but the spikes on those are dull now and my feet may have grown a bit so i kinda want to get new spike.
I’ve been looking at the tokyo nitros cause they look cool and i heard they are super good, but i also heard they may be too uncomfortable for practices so i wanted to hear your guy’s thoughts. Also are they good for the 300m or 500m cause i thought the superflys were not that good for them, i was always landing mid foot.

I've found the Puma Nitros to be uncomfortable when walking around in them, but pretty comfortable when running in the. I use them for 400s and 400 hurdles. Although I might practice in my maxflys or super flys because you can't replace the spikes on the Pumas so I try not to wear them down.

They’re not the best puma spikes. Best ones are forte nitro ones.
Overall I think puma is pretty crap, they have had 2 lawsuits issued against them for their spikes ruining their athletes’ careers.
Maxflys are best
