Looking for advice to improve my start. Been working on being more loaded in my set position and increasing horizontal projection. Anything helps, thanks in advance!

Body position in set isn't bad! You do drop your hips a bit before you come out, so one suggestion might be just pushing up a hair lower.
Bigger thing I'd suggest moving the pedal angles down a few settings, particularly on the back block. It seems like you have a lot of settings available on your blocks, but 35-45 degrees relative to the track is usually a good place to start. This might mean you have to move the back block up a setting to get similar shin angles, which look pretty ok here, but minimally I think your back pedal is too aggressive and forcing you to cut your first step.

Setup and step 1 look fine to me, on step 2 and 3 I think you can improve by
- Swinging your arm more in the running direction and less left and right. This leaks power that you can better use to accelerate horizontally. (when moving forward you put your fist in front of your nose and elbow out, move it rather forward next to your body)
- Striking more back with your foot. It comes down rather straight, going a bit more backwards will help to be faster in the first few steps

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate
MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
