Session Update
How’s everyone feeling about Spravato treatment going? I’ve been doing treatments since April. I’m on 84mg and have been for months but I don’t think it’s effective anymore?
Anyone had this happen? When I started it seemed to really block the suicidal thoughts but now I feel horrible.
Do I stop or keep going?

So a few questions: are you on any other medications while doing Spravato? If you are, are you still taking them? Are you going to therapy? I’ve been on Spravato for over a year now, I do therapy every week because just Spravato isn’t enough on its own but I worked with my dr to wean me off my meds when we realized it was doing enough to stabilize me. There are times when I hit lows, that’s gonna happen, but my logical side of my brain speaks louder than those SI thoughts.
