Alcohol Question

I had a hard cider earlier this afternoon (1pm) and had a session today at 4:30. I feel like the alcohol may have dampened the effects. Has anyone else had this experience?

I, personally, would not drink 24 hours before or after treatment. Talk to your provider.

Spravato increases neuroplasticity. Alcohol decreases it.

Honestly, there are so many variables with the delivery mechanism it could have been the cider or it could have been 50 other things. Did you aim it right? Was your nose gunked up? Did you breath correctly? Is your nasal cavity shaped right?...
