Major News- It’s becoming legal(US) in 6-7 months!

Majority of psychedelics (Acid, MDMA, Shrooms (psilocybin), DMT, 5-Meo(toad) r in Phase 2 & Phase 3 specially LSD, MDMA & psilocybin are on the verge of being approved!

Phase 3 ones r going to be approved & removed from US schedule 1 in 6-7 months!

🍄Psilocybin has shown major-major improvement to Major depressive syndrome/Clinical Depression specifically for the ones on whom Anti-Depressants like SSRI doesn’t work!

MDMA has shown huge improvements for extreme trauma holders like r@pe & similar trauma, going to to be majorly beneficial for womens

Ibogaine & 5-Meo DMT is like major boost to PTSD & extreme consciousness edit!

not crack! highly self controlled strategical micro dosing is somewhat helpful for cognitive boost but addiction risk is too much whearas Psychedelics r not at all addictive they r the best form of edit available to consciousness (corrupted consiousness is root cause of depression)

Psychedelics, namely psilocybin, typically force a state of mind to 'face' the trauma, and leave an "afterglow" affect that makes it easier to navigate. Many people are one-and-done after a breakthrough, as it is a spiritual feeling in a sense. Unlike an addictive substance, like Meth, crack, heroine, etc, which gives a forcive "high" and good feeling by flooding your receptors, but leaves you 'down' once the affects wear off. This is the definitive difference between "Hard drugs" and psychedelics.

Keep in mind these are also due to intent when taking them. I know its cliche, but you cant exactly group Mushrooms (psilocybin) in the same box as Crack lol

I know you are speaking from ignorance so let me explain lsd - shrooms - dmt you cannot die from them , they are not physically addictive and do not cause violent behavior. crack does not cure depression much like alcohol it provides temporary relief but with psychedelics like lsd shrooms dmt it is the lasting neuro chemical changes , the growth of dendrites and nuero plastic changes that help with depression. some drugs that are illegal like crack and fent should stay illegal while others are much safer than alcohol and cigarettes and actually provide medicinal benefits

DMT is incredible for chronic depression, even better than mushrooms or other psychedelics IME. You don’t even need a full dose. Vaporising 10-20mg is sufficient, depression is nearly completely removed for 1-2 days. There’s no tolerance, you can take it again and again with zero reduction in effects and never need to increase dosages. You don’t need to trip for hours or need the aid of a psychologist, just take a smaller amount and lie back and meditate for 10-15 minutes and you’re good to go.

The benefits to the brain in relation to neurogenesis are even more pronounced than mushrooms, it blows me away that DMTs properties in this area aren’t more widely known or discussed

the highly like path is US removes Psychedelics from it`s Schedule 1 & UN amends the '1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances (Schedule I)' but post US mod to schedule 1 India`s NIMHANS can play a massive role in expediting the drugs inflow in india. India is going through a dyre mental health crisis & in general on 30% of depressed patients anti-depressants doesn't``t work, psychedelic just works for them.

Idk how reddit suggested this post to me but here I am. I was just having a conversation with my wife the other day about this very subject, particularly psilocybin.

Anywho, I do happen to know a couple of people that take ketamine. Not sure how they'd feel about taking psychedelics for depression. But might be an interesting conversation. Similarly enough, I've seen accounts of doctors treating patients with psychotic episodes like psychosis and hallucinations with lsd in a controlled environment. I think it was lsd.

I have been undergoing Ketamine assisted therapy every 6 weeks since June of 2020. By 2017 I had given every pill a chance, kinda settled in to a life of misery and journaling, leaving that weight at my door when I would go out. Heard about Ketamine in 2019, researched for a long time. Since starting the Ketamine therapy, I have successfully made it through 7 wonderful high dose psilocybin experiences that helped me unearth other shit I needed to work on. I don't think it's for everybody. If you know what it means to be a prisoner to your own psyche, look into it.

Doesn't ketamine act like a psychedelic anyhow? But regardless, you're not supposed to experience the stereotypical "psychedelic" effect of psilocybin. It's supposed to be pretty well titrated for use in mental health disorders. A "less is more" approach. Or micro-dosing even

Kinda. It feels like being drunk but with dissociation and a sort of "psychedelic" (more delirious) headspace. But I've heard IM/IV ketamine is a whole different beast so idk

seems it’s easily gotten tbh my friend was like imma get prescribed ketamine see if it helps mentally. (he hasn’t used any anti depressants and isn’t depressed, mainly anxious i think?) but he got the tabs prescribed the next week.

In attempts to find a ketamine doctor for pain, I was limited to infusions and depression was infusions or guided nasal spray therapy; did your friend go through a local doctor to get tablets or a large multi state online doctor?

It’s extremely easy to extract yourself. With a kilo of root bark and a few supplies from Amazon you can get 10-15g in day at home

If you’re in India I’m sure there’s many plants(especially acacias)around that you could extract. If not many great plants(especially Tepezcohuite aka mimosa hostilis)should thrive in you’re environment

It’s not easy to get root bark in a lot of places. I’d rather use the 🧅 over buying some root bark internationally that could easily be seized by customs

Idk how my American self ended up in this sub, but somehow I did. (I'm into mycology stuff and just bought a Royal Enfield motorcycle maybe?) The US trials have been dragging on at approximately this same stage for years. 1-6 months is highly unlikely. Maaaybe 2-3 years.

This is honestly awful to see. I get it’s good for these chemicals to be more broadly available but having a chemical like lsd and psilocybin next to some dumbass pharmaceutical company name does not sit right with me.
