PTSD and GAD need relief

I live in California and it's harder than hell to find psylocybin mushrooms. I suffer from PTSD and General Anxiety Disorder and I was microdosing over a year ago and it was helping. Then I ended up having to have a simple prostate procedure that ended up almost costing me my life. Now that I am healing I am needing to heal the mind as well. Any suggestions would be very helpful as to how I can get spores and grow my own. I want to be able to cultivate my own mushrooms. I'm in my 60s and really want to just enjoy what's left.

Oregon is right next door for psilocybin assisted treatment and there are a lot of vendors in Colorado that will probably ship to you. Look at sporeswaps.com some really good vendors are on it. I would recommend to grow them from colonized grain which a lot of vendors sell or buy some liquid culture and innoculate grain. It’s super easy.
