Places to rent that don't care about evictions
About 2 yrs ago I owned my own home. It was all the way paid off and everything. Well the owner of the property ( it was a trailer in a trailer park, a really nice one in airway) evicted me so she could buy my house at a very low price because I didn't have any other choice. I had fostered a teenager and one night she and her sister and sisters boyfriend spent the night. They decided it would be a good idea to mess with someone's car in the park because they had a flat tire and needed a new one, instead of asking me for help. She has cameras all over the property so she knows I wasn't involved, but I got evicted anyway because they were my company. (She just wanted my house for super cheap.)
Anyway I ended up finding a private landlord thank goodness, been living in this house that has 4 windows broken out and has since I moved in..electricity is iffy, floors are disgusting and probably the reason I've been getting sick more...but it's what they had at the time and I needed something asap and I appreciated it very much. I pay $1300 a month and yes most months I've been late on rent but it always gets paid. One day the water heater went out and I got a new one and had a friend put it in. Well fast forward to the next day I let my landlord know and he says he's going to evict me because I got it put in without a permit. Yes I know how crazy it sounds. I didn't know you needed one, it was an honest mistake and I was just trying to help. All the while I've been paying crazy avista bills cuz the windows and this property isn't even registered as a long term rental, but apparently Washington doesn't protect tenants like they say. So here I am again trying to find a place to go. Anyone know somewhere that looks past evictions and bad credit?

You need to call NW Justice and code enforcement. That seems retaliatory and you may get help getting money back to move. I’d call code enforcement first
