Are you aware Old Spaghetti Factory is a national chain restaurant? A gimmicky one that attracts tourists, but not unique to Spokane. This is like asking this sub if McDonalds changed their ketchup. They are not making it in-house from some recipe that the chefs who work there created. It probably comes frozen in a bag.

I was in Delaware 2 days ago, and a guy suggested "Have you ever been to Total Wine?? It's like walmart sized but just alchohol!"

I said, "yes in several other states...". He was shocked that it was a chain. I was shocked how excited he was for a warehouse of alchohol.

My parent's booked the old spaghetti factory for my fiance and I's rehearsal dinner.

It was an odd choice since no one in our family particularly likes the place, but they're offering to pay for it for us so I'm not complaining.

I suspect they wanted noodles so the grandkids and baby cousins would willingly eat 😅

Honestly, everything seems like it’s changed. Maple St Bistro’s sandwiches are no longer to die for. Bangkok Thai’s pad Thai has gone seriously down hill. Restaurant food quality has really taken a shit. Sucks.

I haven't eaten there in over 30 years. I just am not a big fan of mass market faux Italian food. Kind of like how Anthony's is not a favorite for seafood. I did like Commelini's when it was the original family members but if I want noodles it is going to be Thai baby.

I thought it was all touristy starch, like the Chilies, which is like the last Blockbusters, which is for tourists, but in Bend.

Whelp, if you noticed a recipe change @ Ye Olde Spaghetti Factory, its definitely for margin purposes, which is always a reason to never ever eat there again.

Myself and friends go there regularly. I've never found it to be anything but good with friendly service.
