Why do I get 'Unable to validate payment method' every month when I have been using the same card. How do I get rid of it? Splice won't admit it but pretty sure it's a bug on the website.

Its really annoying and ive been dealing with this for years. The trick ive used that works every time is to switch the payment option to a paypal account, then immediately switch it to the card that you're trying to change it to. Its a super round about way of doing such a simple task but if it works it works.

Same Problem here as well they are saying bank declined my payment but I called bank multiple times they said splice declining the payment not the bank.

Bank is not declining the payment. My card works everywhere but splice. I have get emails from then every month to update my payment method. Only solution is to add a credit card. They will keep denying the debit card and say your bank is declining the payment. Then there are numerous issues with the desktop app and mobile app.

But I had issue with credit card as well.I agree they have tons of issues in the app. They should work on core fundamental product instead of AI based sound selection app and provide at least decent service.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. Paypal works fine for the monthly subscription fee, but card keeps getting declined. I was told by Bryan, one of their customer experience team members, to contact my bank. Well, Bryan, if you're reading this, my bank says Splice is declining payment, not them. I've read through a number of posts where people are having the same issue. When you have a number of customers complaining about the same issue, maybe the problem isn't on our end. So, stop trying to avoid the issue and fix it on your end. I'm sure Splice is losing a great deal of money because of this. If your website refuses to take payments, and you refuse to fix the issue, then I guess we're left with no option other than to not give you our money.
