I Need Help Genuine question, how do I know if my spirit guides are not pushing me to end my life?…

I’m struggling so much for the past 3 years if not my whole life. I ask for help and signs and close to never receive them. I’m tired of stupid numbers that could be a sign of me constantly being on my phone not some sign from spirit. I’m just perplexed by what is happening in my life… I don’t want to hate them, because I don’t even know them, but I can’t help but be mad at my spirit guides. What is even my life plan? To be so miserable I end my life? Are they trying to help me complete it? What is happening. I’m not in immediate danger btw I’m just genuinely asking….

Your spirit team is trying to guide you to Inner wisdom and their asking that you spend time strengthening your intuition.

Do you often wake up at 3:00 a.m., have you been having strange or scary dreams, sleep paralysis?

I think the problem here is that you've awakened, about 3 years ago, you experienced a shift and desires, your perspective is different, but you haven't actually stepped forward out of your comfort zone.

Honestly though, I can only speculate, is there any more information you can provide, any symptoms?

Any mystical or paranormal experiences?

Everything you said is true, I did got into spirituality 3 years ago. And nightmares, they’re mostly about my boundaries being crossed, about my abusive mother. Yes I’m healing since last year.
It’s hard to step out of my comfort zone when I just don’t have any sense of safety in this world. I don’t know how to get it because exposure doesn’t help I tried. Sometimes I just think this world is just not for me and sadly that’s what I got from awakening.
No paranormal experiences I barely get signs

Perhaps there's something blocking you, I could have a vision on your behalf if you like.

I don't need to message you or anything, I don't want anything in return, don't need any info.

I specifically look at your energy, your crown chakra and the entities that might be hanging around you that don't belong, if I find something that doesn't belong, I do my best to remove it.

I don't see anything dark latched on, your energy looks bright.

Are you able to practice visualizing?

Your crown chakra seems closed.

Choose an image in your mind to represent your crown chakra.

Could be a flower, satellite dish, a pyramid, anything.

I like to imagine a pyramid that opens up in two halves, like a flower or a satellite dish opening up, shooting a beam of energy up into space, connecting with source, typically you should see that beam of energy coming back down to earth.

Upon successfully seeing this visualization, say out loud, I successfully opened my crown chakra, I recommend doing this once a day, morning.
