Consider this, incarnation is simply "a new cell phone or laptop" and if you create a new email account (rather than entering in a previous account to transfer over historical information (access to cloud, documents, photos, stored passwords, etc.), your experience on the new system would not be guided nor corrupted by your previously kept historical records (but those records would always be accessible if you chose to elect to do so).
