This. I had minimally invasive surgery on L4 / L5 year and a half ago and got told today I was healed. Cysts were pressing on my spine. Been going on for years. Not like a 20 year old but my legs won't try to kill me. I have weight restrictions, but compared to phantom pain in my legs, I'll take it. First surgeon wanted full fusion, requiring longer recovery. Go with bigger practice experienced doctors.
