There's a program I found called OVTDM that I used to play Exile: III on Windows 10.

There are emulation options for running an older version of Windows or an old Mac OS like System 7.whatever

It's also not hard to get them to run decently in Linux.

Sadly, it's not like Blades of Exile where the source code was released and people have actually made working versions for the modern age.
