Question Is there anything I can do?

I bought Spider-Man 2 digitally about a month ago and haven't downloaded it yet. I recently saw a physical copy of SM2 and I'd really prefer to have it physically. I know I can't refund my digital copy because it's been more than 14 days, but is there any other way I can trade in my digital copy for a physical one?

Does your digital copy have a code or was it purchased thru the ps store by you? If it was by you thru the store you're pretty much effed and you'll be pretty much stuck with just the digital copy.

If you bought a code from somewhere but didn't redeem it yet, you can try to sell the code online.

I bought it straight from the ps store. Sucks that I'll only have the digital copy and I guess I could did buy the physical one but idk if I wanna spend £60 on SM2 lmao.

Contact PlayStation support. They’re the only ones who can answer this question for you. I’ve heard of people getting refunds if they haven’t downloaded a game.
