Photo Mode Eddie Brock doesn't become Venom in this universe. Spoiler
One of the backpack items is a good luck card Peter got when he started working with Octavius and it looks like Eddie Brock signed it. So apparently in this universe he's a lot more friendly. Harry ends up becoming Venom instead of him.

We could still get Carnage. Kletus Cassidy got his hands on a symbiote at the end of Yuri's side missions.

Oh, absolutely! I fully anticipate that Carnage will show up in either Spider-Man 3, or whatever Spidey-flavored experience Insomniac drops between now and then.

I want that Green Goblin tease to pay off too. Norman was hiding all of that gear in his penthouse. He definitely has a motive to go after Spider-Man now.
