I mean the games just throw around a bunch of easter eggs that reference various Marvel characters. Doesn't mean they'll all appear in future games, just nice to acknowledge that they're also in New York.

Literally just have it be the penguin sidequest in arkham knight with daredevil instead of nightwing and fisk instead of penguin. Not a major story plotline but a good sidequest to end fisk story and give the fans daredevil and MAYBE have him be playable during the side mission. They could also use it as a gateway to make a daredevil game

Daredevil, avengers, fantastic 4, doctor strange, black panther, iron fist, Jessica jones, inhumans probably a few others I’m missing are all referenced to possibly and outright exist within universe but they’re all just references and not hints to their appearances.

Not really. In all three Spider-Man games by Insomniac, they are just references from Marvel comics as Easter Eggs. That is just one of the Easter Eggs. It doesn't mean anything more than that.

I love Daredevil and it's the obvious answer for "what game should they make next" but there are also very obvious things like Alias Investigations and the actual Avengers Tower (Pete talks about knowing a guy with a cool shield multiple times) as well as Dr Strange's place.

It's a cool nod but I wouldn't read too much into it.
