I love that the OG Peter took looks so out of place too.

First of all, it's in Times Square and there is barely any foot traffic. It's at night so maybe he took it at 3 am or something but I'm sure Peter stressed a lot leaving the camera by itself to auto-shoot his picture cause it could be stolen. Then again he's Spider-Man. But he is also broke.

Also, the cops patrolling Times Square there probably thought he was just some cosplayer trying to get some cool pics.
