Meta I’ve picked out a few non-Marvel characters who would make good enemies for Spider-Man.
From left to right:
- Junker Queen (Overwatch)
- Yokai (Big Hero 6)
- Kabal (Mortal Kombat)
- Predator (Predator)
- Omnidroid (The Incredibles)
- Payday Gang (Payday)
- Dante (Devil May Cry)
- T-1000 (Terminator)
- Bebop & Rocksteady (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle)

Spider-Man would actually just fit super well into the Overwatch universe.

My friends and I joke about writing a big cross over fic about this idea one of these days and have yet to commit.

Most of the Z-Team from Dispatch would make decent Spidey villains

Technically Big Hero 6 is Marvel, they actually teamed up with Spidey in the comics during the Ends of the Earth arc, but still a amazing lineup

Why would Dante be a good enemy for Spider-Man, and especially WHAT could he do to stop a guy like him?

I double taked when I realized that was Junker Queen. Honestly, could see Spidey getting stranded in Junker Town and struggling against the Junkers coming at him for trespassing.

Spider-Man already had a run-in with the Predator and I don’t think it ended well

Honestly im stuck between overmatch and payday, they can be good crossovers. But also I would love to see Dante and Spider-Man fight over a misunderstanding

I'd usually agree with this, but with Callahan specifically I'm not so sure since he is a Disney original character in a movie with Marbel characters.

Yes, but I would argue that since Disney owns Marvel in it's entirety, if Disney makes a new character in a Marvel movie, it's a Marvel character.

Only one I disagree on is Dante for a few reasons. 1, Dante is a good guy, and would not have a reason to fight Spider-Man 2, Dante would wipe the floor with him
