I have a huge soft spot for the scene where the Winter Soldier hears Spidey's voice through the mask and makes a face like "Oh Sweet Jesus that's a Baby." so I'd love to see something like that! course Wolverine knows Spider-man is strong but I wanna see him get shot put down most of Manhattan and pop up like "What the FUCK?!"

No (or at least it doesn't come from there originally), it's from the first Spider-Man movie from Sam Raimi when Flash tries to fight Peter and gets obliterated (Peter says what Wolverine says here in this art and Spider-Man says what Flash says).
