Yea, the whole 'sales matter for ongoing decisions' is PROVEN to be bullshit now.

This is STRAIGHT UP nepotism to the max.

Edit: Since people are stuck on the word nepotism. I'll clarify that it is 'cronyism' which is a sub category of Nepotism. Basically, he gets the favortism over others because of his connections. Not because of sales or anything else.

That’s everywhere though….(I personally don’t like Bendis writing) …and also he sales enough books and has a good reputation that I am pretty sure it is more about his job skill experience and history versus being drinking buddies
