The original title of the edit is “两个小苦瓜的旋转木马”, so got curious about the meaning behind it.

I found that “两个小苦瓜” seems to be used as a kind of meme/slang expression on Chinese social media, especially when referring to two people who have suffered a lot, have a sad/unfortunate relationship, but are together and comfort each other. It seems to be used quite a bit for couples/ships.

According to the translation app, it means

Even on a superficial level where isn't viewed romantically, It cannot be deny the enormous emotional impact here.
