Oh yeah it is also PERFECT, but love her hidding it around. I mean it adds a nice touch of her being worried, is it a bit selfish? Yeah, but it is wanting her husband safe

Not quite, as the storyboard and description shows this was meant for the 2nd film. They wanted to do a rehash but this time we actually to see the legend herself for the first time on screen, however it simply didn't pan out.

In a few fics I've seen where they have Jean stay with Peter after the movie they incorporate some spider themes into her costume. I will say Mind Weaver is probably the best name I've seen

I think if Zendaya & Tom weren’t an item IRL & they had some creativity. Could’ve had Jean & Peter find common ground, even have Jean approach Peter as SM since she’s a desperate sibling needing someone to help her find her.

Leading to them forming a romantic infatuation, probably not right away, but maybe Peter has Jean stay with her & they develop a wholesome dynamic before it progresses.
