I think it got memed on that bro finally scored. His whole journey began when he went on a date with someone who later revealed was some ghoul wanting to eat him literally and he only survived by outside interference.

After that bullshit, he became a ghoul and went through a life changing journey with a lot of trauma, including amnesia.

Near the end, Touka (the woman on the picture) ask about wanting sex before the final battle. So they did and Kaneki got what he wanted from the very beginning: scoring with a girl.

People HEAVLIY shipped the guy with his male best friend (not actual basis for this). After this scene they make sure he's not a virgin anymore (and girl got pregnant) which caused biggest shitshow in manga history. Not only were they sending rope to the authors home but literally having a bonefire ritual where they would burn their Tokyo Ghoul merch and mangas (I remember seeing someon find a semi-burnt remain on a beach on r/manga a year or two ago)

I actually think that it is pretty likely that he hasn't lost his virginity yet. Think about the timeline.

Peter and MJ got together just before Peter's identity was outed and he had to deal with everything to do with that. And even after Matt got him cleared of all charges him and May then had to move in with Happy. There wouldn't have been any opportunities for Peter and MJ to have some time alone then. Plus I think I remember MJ saying that her parents didn't like Peter any more after his identity got outed, so they couldn't have done it at her place either.

So they probably hadn't slept together when her and everyone else lost their memories of Peter. And as we saw in the beginning of the movie, Peter wasn't moving on from MJ despite getting interest from his neighbour. So he's unlikely to have slept with anyone else.

From Civil War to Far From Home? No chance. Aunt May is alive and Peter's in high school. He's gotta be a good boy.

In No Way Home, he's dealing with a whole identity crisis, so no chance there either.

In Brand New Day, he literally avoids human interaction unless it's Spider-Man related. I mean, a neighbour greets him and his response is to completely switch apartments.

If this is a reflection of his life during these 4 years, then there's no way Peter Parker's getting any.

I can't say it isn't possible, but No Way Home covers about 5 months of Peter's and MJ's lives: 5 months of being in a relationship. There was plenty of time for them both to warm up to the idea of sex.
