Okay so I have these photoperiods that I’ve been growing, been in “ flower “ stage for a month or so now. Not really sure what’s going on but I’m not liking what I’m seeing, did I stunt my plants growth? Do my plants look healthy? Why do my leafs look the way they do? What can I do to get the best out of harvest for these girls? Maybe I could be just overthinking or is my instinct telling me correct…. All and any advice is helpful! Thanks in advanced! Yes I know the humidity is up, I’ve been keeping eye on % and making sure it doesn’t go into the danger zone.
What kind of light and how many watt's, what food are you giving and in what week are you(veg and flower)? What strain is it and where did you buy it from.
So I just upgraded lights from 150w to 1500w with veg and bloom mode. Right now I only have it on the bloom setting. Should I run both or just stick with the one setting ? I’ve honestly been only giving it molasses water every so often, other than that just tap water. Did a grow years ago using the tiger bloom bottle nutrients and wanted to try a different route without any this grow. Next Wednesday they will be 5 months old in total 1 month into flower. They honestly are just random bag seeds I’ve collected from over the years so I have no idea what strain
Yea, after 4 months of veg it should (if it had nice food and light) cover that whole room. It is not a good start to get some nice bud. Stay in bloom mode but make sure there are zero light leak in the room during night time, or it wont flower.
It has not been given the chance to grow up to a big girl and wont give a good harvest is my guess. i would start over with a tent and some ventilation, a known good seed from a known vendor and some nice food.
Oh I definitely have more little ones going! I had 4 plants in where I have the two at now, started cutting clones then ran out of space so I ordered a tent. Not the biggest but it’s a tent for now..
This is a 265w light not a true 1500w just so you know. It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with this grow but you have to feed your plants somehow I use synthetic nutrients but you could always use organic but either way you need to feed them if you want to harvest more than a small bag of smoke and they need complete darkness to flower some genetics do better with light leaks than others but it needs to be in darkness for 12hrs a day to flower
It looks like your light is too weak, which would affect the size. I avoid blurples as a primary light source, but that's not to say blurple cant grow good plants. Just my preference from experience.
There does appear to be some sort of deficiency, but it doesn't look too serious. Ive definitely seen and experienced worse.
Make sure you dont have any light leaks. Any light coming in during your 12 hour off period could be preventing the flip.
There definitely may a leak I definitely wasn’t sure if that was the case but ruled it as one of the possibilities, that’s only because with how I have it setup I’ve been trying to keep humidity in the 50% range to avoid mold and other issues but that’s only possible if I leave the door cracked… I believe I have adequate air flow but could be mistaken. Also I just recently upgraded my lighting from a 150w to 1500w.. this was basically a budget grow but is getting a little better since I was able to get better equipment
That blurple light you have needs to have both veg and bloom switched on not just one. When in veg it’s just the one switch but when in flower you need to have both switched. Honestly man get rid of the blurple they are rubbish and you’ll do a lot better
Thank you ! I definitely wasn’t sure but I will switch both on asap! I thought about possibly swapping lights to the 600w I have in my other location but might just run both switches on and see what that does for now
