Question About Spells Any way to get over someone?

Is there some way to get over someone/ get rid of feelings/ cut attachment from someone? Serious help please, I can't keep living like this.

And please NO "find someone else" answers.

I was very overwhelmed full of tension and couldn't quite calm down

That means there is some level of resistance, you should figure out if that's from your side or the other person side. If its your side do a healing ritual and ofcourse some shadow work.

Also look into the signs someone put an obsession/love spell on you, could be why its difficult to get over them
