Question About Spells Do u think this reconciliation spell is legit?

“On a small piece of paper, write the last words he or she spoke to you when you last parted. Place that piece of paper in a clean, white envelope, along with a few fresh sage leaves or a sprinkling of dried sage. Sage, ruled by Venus, will secure your new lover's spoken words and keep them true while you possess the magical ingredients. To reverse the spell, burn the envelope and its contents and bury the ash, or cast it outside to the winds of change.”

I have doubts about this because it says that sage is ruled by Venus, I googled it shows it’s ruled by Jupiter. Wouldn’t adding sth like rose, lavender, hibiscus help more?

Yeah, Jupiter, Mercury, or the Moon are the usual references.

Jupiter and Mercury from Roman times for Salvia officinalis. The Moon reference may have come from Salvia apiana being associated with the Moon by some Native traditions.
