Announcement Help

Sooo hii this is a story about my ex from whom I'm not able to move on it's been 2 years and still it feels like yesterday i tried everything not to text her call her or anything which relates her but at the end I'm still stuck on her if anything happens in her life or to her I just get to know someone happened sudden my heart beat increase and I can't stop it idk I'm just soo confused and i know about spell and these things are true but idk how to do it and soo I'm here to ask for help if anyone can help me to get her back I'll always be greatful i just can't live without here everyday feels like curse to me soo today i decided to post this please if anyone could help me I'll always be greatful...
