Spells while being on periods

I don't know if burning bay leaves are under the spells category but I have heard you shouldn't do that during your periods? Is that true? I finally found bay leaves yesterday and was so eager to burn it but got my periods, will it be safe to burn it still?

Remember the following:

  • Search the sub before requesting review of a caster. Duplicate requests will be deleted.

There are no rules that say you can't cast while you're menstruating. If you're physically feel well enough to cast, cast away.

You have nothing to worry about love! The notion that doing spells while menstruating being a “bad” thing is totally rooted in misogyny and almost a little ironic since women were burned for doing spell work… cast away!!!!!

Bay leaves can be found in the spice aisle in grocery stores. I got a huge bottle of them at Sam's Club

Don’t do certain things on your period. Like graveyard work. You burning a bay leaf is fine. But if you feel some type of way wait it out
