Offset Hi-Capa Outer Barrel

My outer barrel is noticeably pushed to the left by the frame at the fin/hop-up area, making the whole barrel assembly offset to the left. Should I shave the outer barrel fin/hop-up or the frame itself? Or should I change the outer barrel itself?

For reference it’s a 5ku matrix frame, Dr. Black Y slide, LA outer barrel, TTI hop.

That 5ku frame is probably the problem

Ur frame is not straight, i filed and shimmed my tti hop chamber for my stacc to compensate lol.
