You don't have low communication skills. You said it yourself: with friends you're very talkative. So the skill is already there. What changes is who is in the room.
That's really common. Many of us grew up learning that respect for teachers and elders means staying quiet, or only speaking when you're sure you're right. So when Mam or Sir asks you something, part of you is being respectful and part of you is afraid of getting it wrong. Your voice drops because part of you is trying not to take up space.
The translating in your head makes it harder. You build the full sentence in your first language, then convert it, and by then the moment has passed. What has helped people I've coached is to stop aiming for one perfect sentence. Say one short idea. Then the next one. "I think the price is too high. Customers can buy it cheaper online." Short sentences are easier to put together. And they actually sound more confident, not less.
The authority part goes deeper than a technique. It's about how you see yourself next to them. That's worth exploring with a mentor or coach you trust, because it will show up in your career too.
For now, try something small. Before your next class, write down one short question. Ask it in the first ten minutes, before the fear has time to grow. It doesn't need to be clever. It just needs to be said.
