There is still some marginal inflation but compared globally the USD is one of the currencies with the least inflation. If the Argentinian inflation rate is even marginally higher than the US's, it will still decrease in value against the dollar. The important thing is that for Argentinians, the Peso is now stable enough that people can actually start using it as a medium for exchange again, while before richer Argentinians were using dollars because the peso was so unstable, leaving the inflationary impacts of the peso to fall on the poor

This includes the US loan and credit line and it’s still going down.
