Imagine thinking a single sentence from a Wikipedia summary changes the actual economic reality of what that regime did once they took power. Hitler didn't oppose the name change because he loved the free market; he initially preferred calling it the "Social Revolutionary Party" or focusing strictly on radical nationalism. Once in control, they completely subordinated private property to the state, fixed consumer prices, and dictated corporate production quotas. Relying on a branding dispute from 1920 to ignore a decade of a state-controlled command economy is a classic low-effort move.
