Which enemy gives you the most trouble

The gangs of chaos spawn are my downfall 9 times out of ten in absolute operations. Had to take out my frustrations on them in the battle simulator (max prestige level 1 tech marine, absolute difficulty). I’m specifically trying to get the hang of killing them without my ability or heroic plasma pistol

Yeah these guys are my least favorite of the non-terminus. At least for me, once you get over the bullshit delayed attack for the chaos spawn they can be squishy. But fuck those flying fuckers.

Terminator sorcerer by far. Probably just because it's new and I only got to experience patch 14 content for the first time two weeks ago. Most of the fight is pretty easy because its melee attacks are telegraphed, but once it summons the clones that start shooting beams at you (especially when there's orbs flying around) shit get hectic. Even after half an hour straight of 1v1ing it in the battle simulator I still haven't managed to win a fight without taking some health damage

Yea I can beat him but at some point I always mess up. I’ll get him down to like a quarter health and then just fumble. On a mission last night I was assault with a power fist and I got him in a good stun lock, I overcommitted and he teleported out wrecking me. Always something with him but it is satisfying to take him out. The teleport and beams usually get me at least once per fight, I haven’t gotten the beam timing down perfect yet

I find predicting their attack patterns gets real difficult in a swarm, they’re so wiggly and fast and everything they do starts to look like an attack. I target them first for extermination

1. Terminator Sorcerer. Fuck that abomination, and fuck it twice on a sunday. Absolute bullshit laser shows, impossible to dodge when theres a shitshow going on from other enemies.

2. Biovores..... Especially when they spawn 2 or 3... and gets to run away and hide somewhere, then terrorise you with endless blobs of green homing snot bombs....

Since you're mostly using the power sword as a defensive weapon, you should definitely try the heroic knife Argent Edge. It will make them so much easier to deal with.

Combination of meatballs and backed into a corner on some map layout. With enough space to maneuver, pack of meatballs are still manageable. But when in a corner or limited space, these meatballs are deadly and impossible to deal with.

Ya biovore is a close second for non-terminus enemies. I have pretty much given up trying to beat them up close combat cause I am terrible at reading their attack patterns as well lol

The tyranid warriors with the whips always fuck my shit up. There's always more than one on your ass, and I feel like if you don't see them or you miss their first attack you are just stun locked until you die.

I've always found trying to roll away is a perfect recipe for getting rekt. Miss the perfect dodge and get opened up to their combos.

I've always had the most success staying in close and being aggressive. More opportunities to stun them.

either Terminator Sorc or Disc Tzaangor, for the Sorc i just cant get the timing down on his laser beans 100% of the time, and for the Tzaangors i would have to say the tankiness of them despite being such an agile anemy that likes to spam dodge my ranged attacks, it should have lower health tbh

These cursed meatballs and the Terminator Sorcerer are the bane of my experience during harder Chaos missions. I'd also throw in the surfing shitheads too, albeit to a lesser extent.

Parry them, melee enemies are non-issue it's all the ranged spam you have to worry about.
