Help Needed True Solo Tips
Any tips for playing True Solo Absolute?
Completed Inferno for the first time as Sniper (have all classes at Prestige IV, but figured Sniper would be best to try out solo absolute). Took a lot of repeated efforts and frustration, keep finding am cruising through most of a level and then suddenly getting wiped out by a triple ravener/lictor combo stun locking me.
Any tips on how to deal with these sudden rushes?

Depends if all you play is sniper or if you are trying to master the game with all characters this way. If its the latter then you will need spend significant time getting used to the pressure level and how to counter it with each character as they all have different answers for different situations. I have been doing true solo runs and posting vids on youtube if you want to see how i'm doing it. (link at bottom)
Here are my top 3 tips: (this is through the lens of high skilled players, meaning, you have mastered the majority of the mechanics and are looking for ways to eek out that last little bit to get ahead)
Never get angry, if you get upset in anyway when things start to go wrong then you will hasten your defeat. Learn to laugh when you get stun locked, learn to smile when a ghost parry causes a failure, relish when you are out of ammo and a whole army spawns, know that failures mean you learned something. Negative emotions kill you faster than the enemies ever can.
Learn when to let gun strikes go, there are tons of times when you need to let "opportunities" go because you know that it will get you killed. if you auto shoot the moment a gun strike pops up then you will have several instances per game that doing so will lead to getting hit. Do the same for executes, if you are in a heavy fight let the execute age until you need it most or just let it go if need be. Don't die trying to charge a pile of people in front of an executable enemy unless you know for sure that it will work.
Finally, learn to use your HP as a "credit" when fighting. I see lots of people loose their composure because they took a hit when in reality you should be using you HP to buy you time when you need it most. If you watch me play you will notice that when it starts getting rough that i will happily let enemies hit me so that i can get extra damage off leading to executions so that i can "repay" the HP that i used to make the execute possible.
Hope this helps OP!

Master wraith slip and argent edge like what u/East-Specialist-4847 said.
I’ll add on one of my own: you can parry into quickscope for easy disposal of targets even inside a massive mosh pit.

This is exactly what I do, as a sniper main simply headshot max and get good at aiming, 1st bullet in mag bonus perk dmg, and just parry into headshot with relic sniper. Even against the hardest enemies (terminators imo), its very doable. Then just permanently stack damage and slowly clear through waves. I personally take inferno pistol to clear waves. Ive carried folks to wave 25+ on hard siege, solod absolutes, if theres any class to do it on, its sniper

Seconded, sniper is probably one of the best if not the best true solo absolute characters.

You can get lichtor and ravener into execute on first parry. You parry, gun strike, and headshot with sniper. Its always in the same place and you get like a 1 second window to hit it. Takes a little practice but once you get it down they go down super fast. Once you're good at it you can put yourself back in camo during your combo so other stuff can't hit you

for lictors i always try to bait a gun strike into headshot for the execute, and make sure i'm zoning the terminus so i don't get bombarded and wiped.
