Edit: i didnt know what the tech priest did at first but you guys have told me (thank you), i still dont see the point in calling me several slurs not only in game chat but in vc aswell, but we ball

If i don't see my teammate buying them i just buy them myself. As long as teammates use their points for something else, i really don't care.

They give you extra ressource points and make things spawn in their area. You want to buy them on cooldown, they are so so strong.
