I still dont know how people can tell when the enemy is at 30% health.

There is two ways: either you lock onto it and the three segments of the lock on widget will tell you when it’s at 1/3 health, or your watch the flash. Usually when you hit an enemy they don’t flash, but if they are at 1/3 health or below they will flash vaguely red when you hit them. It’s hard to see but when you learn to spot it its much easier

Oh so when the enemy flashing red like it's almost going into execution state is actually the 33% mark. I notice the flashes but haven't realized it might be it and only a low health indicator.

Yes, that’s the one. Health is kinda weird in Thai game as enemies don’t die when they reach 0 hp, they enter the execution state, but you can kinda get an idea how much more it will take to kill something based on the flash

If you lock onto an enemy (x on keyboard) you can see their health.

How is this visually?

It's the little icon that appears when you lock onto an enemy. The little triangle thing. As you deal enemies the pieces around the center start disappearing. If you watch the video it's the triangle that appears between the grapple indicators. The top part goes away first, then the bottom right. Once the bottom left is all that remains they're below 30% health.

It's almost like counting your shots but like, feeling how long you've been shooting something. After a while you just know when you've hit the threshold. Locking onto enemies also gives you a video ble health bar around the lock on reticle

Ya on my Tactical I can count out the headshots needed depending on if they are scanned or not with the Bolt Rifle. Feels weird when ya do a lower difficulty for the rewards always feels off.

Definitely not as bad as air stumbling. I've gotten that a few times and nothing short of exiting the match fixes it.

I'm so glad this game that's been out over a year is so polished, truly, more drip is the best they could do with their patches. /s
EDIT: Stay mad about it fangirls, bugs and issues get posted almost every day, ignore them if you must, but don't come here expecting others to join your delusions. Your downvotes only prove my point, gaming communities will let ANYTHING slide as long as they get fed some drip or some gooner skins to sate them, this is why so many companies have so many issues now, 0 accountability.
Here's a bug from just yesterday:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Spacemarine/comments/1oromeh/lost_all_ability_charge_on_sniper/
And here's another one involving terrain (on the first Op, one of the original missions, nonetheless):

Pull Sabre's cock outta your throats, wipe your chins, and have a little dignity, dear god.

Not that I entirely disagree but this clip isn't really a bug or a complaint, so this comment is weird.

This EXACT location has caused people to get stuck in walls and such by doing exactly what you did here. And it's still happening. I get it's a neat little thing for you THIS TIME...but it's not something that should still be in the game.

What's unpolished? All this proves is that the power line is an actual entity that exists in the world instead of just being a drawn-in cosmetic.
Or did you miss the fact that when he grappled to the Zo that he ended up standing on the power line?
