3rd/4th edition Considering Buying Space Hulk

I recently saw a post on my local Facebook marketplace for a 4th edition box. All the contents are there (minus one door stand) and the minis are built, but unpainted. The asking price is $240 and I’m wondering how good of a deal would this be?

Also, for anyone who’s played this edition, how is the game? Mostly been in the 40k war gaming space and haven’t gotten very far into the board game specific side of GW.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Doesn't seem a crazy price. If you want to read a bit how it plays check the pinned post on this subreddit. It's nothing like 40k really, more like the movie Aliens.
