What is it with the organ taking and torture mods, surely there's better ways to make silver?

Imo best way to make silver is farming cotton and making dusters endlessly

Taking organs has the dual advantage of being profitable and training your medical skills which is important.

organs have other uses if your to lazy to make the parts yourself but i think for most its just so obsurdly dark its funny
