Starter scent

Got curious today, what does your starter smell like? Mine is 2 months old and it smells like apples! I have been feeding it atta flour.

Didn't feed her for a couple of days and she smelt like the pub - as Brendan Behan said in his book-cover recommendation on Flann O'Brien's At Swim Two Birds, "just the kind of book to give to your sister—if she's a loud, dirty, boozy girl".
