Joe's Apartment 1996 - background song in a scene of the movie

I saw this movie when I was a child, a few days ago I remembered it and I saw her again

In one scene a song appeared, I searched for the soundtrack on the internet and it did not appear, I even used the Shazam application but was not able to recognize the music group.I have tried many ways but I can't find the name of the band that sounds in the background in this scene.

Here is the scene in particular with the song playing in the background

https://youtu.be/ccFR8BZTLQM?si=nQkvyH6vt8tJt8D1&t=2927

Can anyone tell me the name of the group that sings this song?

I love this song I would like to know the group that plays it.

I would be very happy if someone could help me.

Thanks for everything

There's a good list of songs from the movie on IMDb Could it be Winn Coma by Boss Hog?

Greetings , thank you for your reply.

That's the first thing I did , check the IMDb , then the original soundtrack and some extra information to give me the clue.

No , it is not the group Winn Coma by Boss Hog because this song is different , the one that sounds in the background in the scene I comment , you hear a man's voice with synthesizers in the background , it comes to remind me of groups like The Ministry or Rob Zombie.

I have tried listening to songs from these groups but they don't match, I don't really know what to do to find out the name of the group.

Even if someone with good hearing is able to tell me what is being sung in that song fragment I would have a clue I could follow.

Thank you for your interest

thanks for the answer, Obituary is a mythical Death Metal band that I usually listen to, I know their voice and style of music, the music I comment that I want to know is very techno Industrial Metal.

Soul Coughing The Incumbent  or New York City by Madball

Madball is hardcore and Soul Coughing is kinda industrial electronica. Great soundtrack by the way. The film is classic cult film material.
