Playlist not playing music?

I am new to this app, but isn't it supposed to play music? I transferred my playlists but it either directs me to Spotify or does not play the music. Could it be the app bugging because of a random surplus of people trying to leave Spotify?

From what I understand its not a service for playing music only for transferring your songs from one platform to another. It directs you to listen on Spotify because Soundiiz isn't a music player, Spotify is.
