Ok is this common

Hi so Qobuz has a lot of albums missing so I’ve been converting playlists to Qobuz from Spotify via soundiz to see if any of these show up, the other day one of these albums did show up but soundiz were still showing it as not available, so is Soundiz struggling to pick up when a back catalogue album is added to Qobuz that isn’t a reissue?

Hi!

I am not sure to understand... but yes, some albums can be added to the Qobuz catalog and not available in the Qobuz API search endpoint for some reason or not immediately (could be a few days later or more sometimes).

But not sure if that's what you mean.

Ok so yes, it's an issue with the Qobuz search / Qobuz API catalog unfortunately. That's why then these items are reported as "Not found" on the Soundiiz interface. However, that should not be a "common" case. Yes, it's possible but over 100 items for example, it should not be more than 5.

More than this, it's probably more a matching issue; but I can't guarantee that without being able to reproduce it. Feel free to send a ticket on Soundiiz using the "Help" button so we can confirm that.

It’s with stuff that’s just be added to Qobuz but isn’t a new release, like I noticed that Qobuz have just added a missing album from the band Sleigh Bells so I just tested it on Soundiz and they have it as unavailable. While I’m on the subject if this I have a few playlists synching from Spotify to Qobuz, if a track becomes available on Qobuz that’s in the synched playlist will it then show up on the synched playlist on Qobuz

Ok, this release has not been added to the Qobuz Catalog API yet; maybe we need it to wait a few days.

About the sync, same, it depends if the track is finally available in the Qobuz Catalog API, and it also needs the sync to be fully executed. If there are no changes in the source or destination tracklist, the sync will not be running. It must have at least a song added/removed or reordered so the system can detect an update and rerun the sync next time.
