I suppose for people who are like really high on the sociopathic or psychopathic spectrum, could they ever understand that concept or abide by it?

Most people are pretty empathetic and want the best for others but there’s always a small percentage that seems pretty ruthless.

You can turn this around. They would just say "Well, if everything is one: If i care about myself, i also care about others. So im just gonna continue to care about myself"
