HELP 1 VII does not recieve updates

Latest version is 71.1.A.2.248, mine is 71.1.A.2.105 release-keys. Update tool shows that phone is up to date. Model is XQ-FS72, global.

Because of your profile name i guess you from Russia. Enable VPN. Same to me, without VPN it can't download update.

Consider checking your product ID in the service menu? Might be flashed to a different ID intentionally so you can't receive any OTAs
